Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, high-quality code for complex features that align with architecture and business goals
Lead cross-functional projects, providing technical direction, estimating timelines, and delivering on company priorities
Collaborate with senior members across Product, Sales, Tech Services, and Engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Own feature delivery from conception through production deployment
Handle debugging and resolving complex issues to minimize production disruptions
Establish technical standards and best practices through code review, documentation, and team guidance
Own the delivery and quality of complex features, meeting deadlines, addressing blockers, and delivering on time
Qualification
Required
Strong backend experience with Ruby on Rails building reliable, scalable production systems
Proficient frontend development with React and TypeScript
Ability to deliver features across the stack and create experiences that users and internal teams depend on
Improvement of team capabilities through thoughtful code review, knowledge sharing, and creating opportunities for others to develop new skills
Ability to make sound technical decisions when requirements are incomplete or changing
Regular use of AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity
Experimentation with emerging capabilities and integration into workflow
