Director of Mechanical Service Sales

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–6 service sales representatives
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
Assist with mechanical estimating and project management for service and retrofit projects
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customer relationships
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical service sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical estimating, and project management
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
