Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and SMS using Gorgias
Resolve customer issues clearly, calmly, and efficiently
Assist customers with product questions, orders, and subscriptions
Participate in occasional coaching or support video calls
Document customer interactions accurately and completely
Learn and adapt to new tools, workflows, and processes
Qualification
Required
Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
Experience using digital tools or software applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
Customer support or customer-facing experience
Phone or live customer interaction experience
