7+ years expAMER Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst II / Citrix Administrator to support the Texas Department of Transportation's enterprise Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environment. The role involves delivering secure and high-performance virtual desktop services to thousands of users, while managing and troubleshooting various components of the Citrix infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Administer and support Citrix DaaS / CVAD integrated with Azure Virtual Desktop
Manage host pools, session hosts, delivery groups, FSLogix, image lifecycle, and autoscaling
Maintain Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, Cloud Connectors, and Gateway
Build, patch, and secure Windows Server 2022 (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
Apply networking and firewall rules (ACLs, NSGs, OS firewalls, Citrix policies)
Monitor performance using Citrix Director, Citrix Analytics, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics
Automate tasks using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code tools
Troubleshoot platform, user, and connectivity issues across Citrix, Azure, Windows, and network layers
Follow TxDOT security, change management, and compliance standards
Support application publishing and participate in on-call rotations
Qualification
Required
7+ years administering Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS, or Azure Virtual Desktop
Strong experience with Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, patching)
Hands-on TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewall rules, and access control lists
PowerShell automation and infrastructure troubleshooting
Experience with monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
Preferred
Experience with Azure security, NIST 800-53, and CIS benchmarks
Certifications such as Citrix CCA/CCP/CCE, AZ-104, AZ-140, ITIL, Network+ or Security+
