Manage and directly supervise an administrative team, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across multidisciplinary units
Serve as a trusted advisor to departmental leadership, analyzing complex operational issues, interpreting and applying policies related to fiscal management, contracts and grants, and resource allocation, and recommending effective solutions
Exercise sound judgment within established policies and procedures and ensure accountability and responsible stewardship of operational, financial, and human resources in alignment with departmental priorities
