Lead end-to-end analysis, redesign, and implementation of financial processes for system upgrades and integrations
Document current/future-state processes, define metrics, and drive user adoption/change management
Translate finance/accounting needs into system specifications; ensure compliance with GAAP, audits, and controls
Manage enterprise projects, mentor juniors, and advise on emerging technologies/strategic roadmaps
Qualification
Required
8-10 years in system integrations with deep financial systems and ERP expertise
Strong GAAP/compliance knowledge; proven Excel proficiency for analysis/reporting
Excellent communication for executive presentations and cross-functional collaboration
BS/MS in Business Administration or related; CPA certification highly preferred
