Responsibilities

Maintaining and administering the mainframe security environment using RACF and zSecure
Configuring and managing RACF security profiles, including Users, Groups, Resources (CICS, DB2), Datasets, and SETROPTS
Ensuring identity management processes and user access controls comply with internal policies and industry standards
Providing Tier 3 support for mainframe security access requests and inquiries, including reviewing and approving access requests
Troubleshooting and resolving RACF-related security issues using mainframe utilities and tools
Supporting compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements related to mainframe security

Required

5+ years of mainframe security experience
Deep expertise with RACF for managing access to mainframe resources
Strong knowledge of mainframe tools and utilities including TSO, ISPF, JCL, and REXX
Solid understanding of access control, least privilege, and data protection principles
Experience supporting compliance and auditing activities in a regulated environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Preferred

10+ years of mainframe security experience
Experience with zSecure
Familiarity with ServiceNow for access request and workflow management
