Responsibilities
Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Oversee the execution of the project, ensuring adherence to the project plan and timely delivery of milestones
Monitor and control project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful project completion
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
Conduct thorough analysis of requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions
Lead the development and management of the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes
Evaluate and select technology platforms and vendors based on defined criteria
Negotiate contracts and agreements with selected vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all areas of the business, including Claims, Finance, Distribution, Technology, Underwriting, and Product
Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on technology modernization or digital transformation initiatives
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale technology projects within time and budget constraints
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with RFI/RFP processes and vendor management
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe are highly desirable
