Learn and observe sales team processes and culture
Support sales research and active prospecting
Build detailed profiles for target companies
Identify and document decision-makers and hiring managers
Develop prospecting workflows and enablement materials
Become an expert in sales technology tools
Collaborate on AI-assisted prospecting prompts
Conduct market research to support sales efforts
Analyze market trends related to IT and Finance
Qualification
Required
Internship or 1-4 years in sales support roles
Exposure to CRM systems and sales tools
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Highly curious and eager to learn
Detail-oriented and organized
Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, or ZoomInfo
Familiarity with analytics platforms
Interest in using AI in practical ways
