Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of data management for the Adobe on Adobe AEP platform, enabling process improvements for managing at scale
Develop data retention strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements and optimizing for platform performance
Guide the development of robust data architecture solutions to support business objectives and the process by which new data is added
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate data processes and improve overall efficiency
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years in software/data engineering, including 2+ years in leadership roles
Proven expertise in large-scale data platforms, pipelines, and cloud data warehouses
Strong technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and data architecture principles, including data lifecycle management and schema development and management
Outstanding capability to collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with technical and non-technical collaborators
Experience with real-time analytics, streaming platforms, data lakes, and SaaS/PaaS providers
Experience mentoring junior resources and driving team success
