Responsibilities

Extensive work on detailing processes

Setting up the framework and documenting information

Set up of tools according to the process

Create and document process flows

Document standardize geo deployment processes and deliverables to align pre- and post-release activities

Identify deployment general business and technical readiness criteria to deploy as a whole

Align deployment deliverables by ascent release life cycle (identified at present and need to refine based on geo/capability connects)

Define deployment operating model with RACI - (identified at present and need refinement based on geo/capability connects)

Define deployment meeting cadence with roles

Develop trackable deployment system where deliverables are tracked and measured at release and program level

Align deployment deliverables for upcoming release, in-between or future releases

Develop current state deployment matrix leveraging existing WRIKE and other documents like Accounts plans to measure overall deployment status

Develop capability blue prints / playbooks for prioritized 5 capabilities

Identify major challenges or gaps in each of the capability processes that hampers usage and adoption or blocking to start using a capability

Identify deployment general business and technical readiness criteria to deploy as a capability as a whole

Identify end to end journey of capability to be deployed as a whole while identifying geo level nuances/caveats

Geo level caveats ex: RTMs, Readiness due to resource limitations, Accounts readiness, Partner availability, Process gaps, etc…
