Responsibilities

Project manage multiple IT projects in coordination with the firm’s IT vendor to support the firm’s physical technology, network technology and web applications

Responsible for managing of the firm’s physical hardware in coordination with the firm’s IT vendor to issue, repair and retire hardware

Monitor IT and cybersecurity related reports and escalate anomalies

Maintain documentation for IT, Cybersecurity and backup documents

Maintain network infrastructure in all office locations

Assist company personnel with various IT related inquires and assist them in using the firm’s IT vendor services

Required

Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Familiarity with Cloud Solutions such as Azure, Office 365 and Datto

Understanding of virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V

Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy

General knowledge of switches and routers

Knowledge of Windows, networking, database and system integration concepts

Excellent documentation skills are required

Effectively communicate with all levels of the Organization, simplifying complex technical information for non-technical users

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to work independently and take initiative

Able to adapt to changing priorities

Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
