Responsibilities
Support execution of strategic marketing plans in alignment with brand objectives
Assist with development and delivery of marketing assets, including peer-to-peer content and rep-delivered tools
Gather and analyze market data to aid in business performance analysis
Help prepare unit demand forecasts and sales assumptions in collaboration with senior staff
Support the preparation of reports and presentations for cross-functional teams and leadership
Schedule field time to gather insights and assess marketing strategy execution
Coordinate the review and approval process of marketing materials by working with legal, compliance, regulatory, and medical teams
Assist with management of direct marketing expense budgets and collaborate with brand team and finance
Maintain positive working relationships with sales force, key physicians, and internal teams
Provide administrative brand support for national and regional congresses and society meetings
Regular travel as needed (up to 50%)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills
Preferred
At least 2-3 years of healthcare marketing or sales experience preferred; experience in device or buy-and-bill environments a plus
Some marketing campaign or brand management experience preferred
Preferred familiarity with the surgical eye care space
Preferred business acumen and analytical skills
Budget or finance support experience preferred
