Transformation Enzyme Corporation is seeking a results-driven B2B Inside Sales Representative based in Houston, TX. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting and qualification via phone and email to small and mid-sized integrative, functional, and holistic medical practices
Introduce practitioners to enzyme therapy as a primary therapeutic option and position TEC’s product portfolio for cash-based practice models
Manage and progress leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools, logging activity, and maintaining accurate records
Schedule product demonstrations, follow up on samples, and coordinate next steps with clinical and marketing teams
Meet or exceed activity and revenue targets through consistent calling, outreach, and relationship building
Develop and maintain product knowledge to educate healthcare professionals on clinical applications and benefits
Collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback and support product development and promotional efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B inside sales or telemarketing experience, preferably selling to healthcare providers or clinics
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and managing email outreach; disciplined about activity-based sales processes
Proficient with CRM systems and standard office tools for tracking pipeline and communications
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain clinical and product information clearly
Genuine interest in holistic, integrative, or functional healthcare and a commitment to ongoing learning
Ability to work on-site at our Houston, TX office and operate effectively within a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Experience selling holistic, nutritional, or pharmaceutical healthcare products to practitioners
Knowledge of enzyme-based therapies or prior exposure to integrative clinical protocols
Background in selling to cash-based practice models or independent clinics and private practices
