Responsibilities
Lead the Corporate Sales Headquarters (CSHQ), setting strategy and performance direction across all U.S. and regional business units
Drive top-line growth by securing new global customers and expanding key account relationships
Collaborate across the Americas, Japan, and Europe to align commercial priorities and implement global account strategies
Deliver high-impact reporting on revenue, budgets, and market performance to executive leadership
Champion sales excellence through coaching, capability development, and succession planning
Partner with branch and regional leaders to drive synergy, consistency, and customer experience across the network
Qualification
Required
A strong academic foundation (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics)
10+ years' senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
A track record of closing multi-million-dollar global contracts and leading diverse, high-performing sales teams
The gravitas to influence at board level and the agility to execute in complex, matrixed environments
A hands-on, people-focused approach — balancing strategy with coaching and empowerment
