Responsibilities

Leading strategic and performance analysis across core business areas, identifying trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
Developing and maintaining reporting frameworks and KPIs to monitor business health and initiative impact
Partnering with product, operations, and data teams to support new initiatives, releases, and process improvements
Conducting deep-dive analyses to evaluate performance changes and inform leadership recommendations
Supporting analytical validation and ongoing monitoring of models and data-driven initiatives
Communicating insights clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable narratives

Qualification

Required

3–7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategic analysis
Strong SQL capability and experience working with large, complex datasets
Advanced Excel skills
A proven ability to influence decision-making through insight rather than authority
Strong communication skills and a commercial, problem-solving mindset

Preferred

Experience with Python or R
Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
