Qualification
Required
JD from accredited law school
Active bar admission in CA, DC, or NY
Minimum of 2yrs of experience in employment law, whistle blower matters, class or collective action litigation
Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage matters with increasing independence
