Responsibilities
Negotiate various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and vendor agreements
Manage legal entity formation and governance and become an expert on Paxos’s international corporate structure
Manage Paxos’ legal operations
Build organizational systems to make our Legal team more efficient
Qualification
Required
2+ years of law firm paralegal experience
Experience working on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements
Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines
Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment
Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
In house paralegal experience
Experience working in a hyper-growth, tech-focused company
