Responsibilities

Work closely and cross-functionally with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess recruiting needs, and understand job requirements
Build pipelines of qualified, high-caliber candidates using creative sourcing strategies
Strategize and evaluate a variety of ways to engage talent pipelines and execute on referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze, track, and communicate key hiring metrics to the team and the business
Source candidates and evaluate their experience, qualifications, and general alignment with employment opportunities at Nextdoor
Deliver a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Track candidates through our ATS (Greenhouse) and leverage reporting capabilities to refine our approach to pipeline development
Effectively communicate the Nextdoor mission, culture, and roadmap to a broad range of candidates, prospects and industry professionals
Participate in in-person Nextdoor events, trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and other team building exercises
Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to the KIND culture that Nextdoor values

Required

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully hiring Product Managers in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and great at building relationships with different types of stakeholders
Passion for the Nextdoor's mission and company values
Efficiency and data-driven mindset: learns quickly, have the ability to triage pipeline data to uncover trends, and be able to pivot sourcing strategies as needed
Leads by example: inclusive, collaborative, self-directed, and highly motivated with a sense of urgency, and has strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills: written, oral, in-person, and on the phone
Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Eagerness to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to reimagine how work gets done
