The Intersect Group is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager to drive a large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation across Supply Chain and Finance. This role oversees the full technical workstream, ensuring successful delivery across multiple deployment waves while managing integrations, data conversions, reporting, and testing.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical workstream for a multi-phase Oracle Cloud implementation across Supply Chain and Finance
Oversee development, testing, deployment readiness, and production cutover activities across all rollout waves
Manage delivery of ~180 integrations, 15 data conversions, and associated reporting requirements
Coordinate closely with external partners, systems integrators, and internal IT teams to ensure aligned execution and timely issue resolution
Collaborate daily with offshore technical leads and development teams to drive consistency and delivery quality
Ensure best practices for integrations, conversions, data quality, and reporting within Oracle Cloud (Fusion)
Represent the technical program in executive updates, steering committees, and cross-functional status meetings
Identify risks and dependencies, drive mitigation strategies, and maintain delivery timelines
Provide ongoing communication, reporting, and transparency to leadership and key business stakeholders

Required

15+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud (Fusion) technical leadership roles
Experience leading 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, ideally across global or multi-country environments
Proven success managing large-scale integration (150+) and conversion workstreams
Hands-on proficiency with OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, APEX, and related Oracle PaaS technologies
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed onshore/offshore teams and coordinate with external system integrators
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud data migration, testing phases, and technical architecture
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills
Highly proactive, solution-oriented leader with strong delivery discipline

Preferred

Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules or technical areas
Experience partnering directly with top-tier consulting firms or Oracle Services
Background leading large, multi-country ERP transformation programs
