Sales Admin Coordinator
Quinn Company, your local Caterpillar store, is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Bakersfield, California. The Sales Admin Coordinator is responsible for processing all sales orders of equipment and providing support to regional coordinators and the sales force as needed.

Responsibilities
Process all sales invoices
Transmit sales records to Caterpillar
Enroll equipment in warranty - CAT system and DBS
Process all accruals for all sales in a timely manner
Prepare gross margin summary sheets for every sale
Process and audit Caterpillar post sale claims
Process purchase orders
Backup regional coordinators as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college
Two to three years industry related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
