Deploy desktops, laptops, and related hardware to clinical and administrative staff
Install, configure, and update software based on role-specific requirements
Ensure systems meet security, privacy, and compliance standards (HIPAA)
Coordinate with the desktop team to schedule and execute deployments with minimal disruption
Provide initial technical support and guidance to end users during deployment
