Responsibilities
Prepare requisitions and releases of liens (ROL) within the Accounts Receivable process. (AIA Billing Required)
Process AP for Business Units
Collect and Post Cash
Perform general ledger entries in multiple accounting software packages
Assist with month-end close process
Other Tasks/Special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Strong problem-solving skills with the utmost attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure circumstances
Highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of integrity
Able to work independently yet effectively with a team
2+ years of Construction Accounting experience
1+ year of Construction Job Costing experience
Must understand AIA Billing, Lien Releases, & Job Costing
This position requires a criminal background check and signing a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement
Preferred
Viewpoint Vista, Textura, AGC Billing experience
Significant Experience will be considered in lieu of a College Degree
