Responsibilities
Good experience in deck preparation & performing crash and safety related impact simulations using LS Dyna solver
Capable of evaluating and analyzing the results of crash simulations
Good knowledge about NCAP and IIHS regulations & Honda internal safety standards
Experience in providing the countermeasures to meet the standard criteria, in case if the test results are below performance targets
Knowledge in creation of simulation reports, documents by interacting with design & test engineers
Very good communication skillsets using appropriate engineering terminology with Honda
Qualification
Required
BE Degree in Mechanical engineering
In total 5 - 10 years of experience as CAE analyst with specific to crash domain
Minimum 5 years of experience with CAE software's like ANSA, Meta Post and LS Dyna
Good experience in deck preparation & performing crash and safety related impact simulations using LS Dyna solver
Capable of evaluating and analyzing the results of crash simulations
Good knowledge about NCAP and IIHS regulations & Honda internal safety standards
Experience in providing the countermeasures to meet the standard criteria, in case if the test results are below performance targets
Knowledge in creation of simulation reports, documents by interacting with design & test engineers
