Required

Previous office experience
Professional appearance, responsible and reliable
Strong communication skills, speaks clearly and confidently on the phone
Computer savvy: Outlook, Word, QuickBooks, email systems
Knowledge and handling of tax-related tasks: invoices, reports, 1099, payroll, payment tracking
Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask

Sales experience
High school or equivalent
QuickBooks: 2 years
Microsoft Office: 1 year
Spanish is NOT required but a strong advantage
