Management Leadership For Tomorrow (MLT) is a national nonprofit focused on expanding economic opportunities and building a more inclusive economy. The Manager, Graduate Programs, Recruitment & Admissions is responsible for supporting recruitment and admissions operations for MLT’s MBA Prep and MBA Professional Development programs, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective Fellows while collaborating with various teams to achieve program goals.

Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage targeted email campaigns and audiences to support MBA Prep and MBA PD recruitment strategies
Respond to and track all inquiries related to MBA Prep and MBA PD, maintaining strong candidate engagement and service
Collect, analyze, and report on recruitment and admissions data to inform strategy and improve outcomes
Facilitate the application review process, including pre-screening, organizing application materials, and coordinating coach assignments
Process and distribute all admissions decisions; manage communications and outreach to admitted candidates to support yield goals
Manage and train MBA PD external application reviewers, overseeing workflow and timelines
Plan and manage online recruitment events (including platform setup, promotion, follow-up), and represent MLT at virtual and in-person fairs
Maintain and update the digital library of marketing and recruitment materials for both programs
Travel up to 20% to support MBA Prep and MBA PD recruitment and events
Collaborate with Tech on updates to MBA Prep and PD applications, automations, workflows, and review forms (e.g., SM Apply)
Hold 1:1 advising sessions with prospective candidates to assess program fit and provide tailored guidance
Provide onsite support at MBA Prep and MBA PD seminars and events as needed
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
4-6 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, higher education, or related operational roles
Strong experience managing communication campaigns and working with CRM/email platforms
Comfort with data collection, analysis, and reporting for performance improvement
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to represent MLT effectively to prospective applicants and partners
Proficiency with admissions platforms (e.g., SM Apply) and virtual event tools
