Assist with complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts in Connecticut and business bankruptcies throughout the United States
Draft motions, discovery, pleadings, and trial materials
Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings
Work closely with lead attorneys
Assist with client contact

Qualification

J.D. from ABA accredited law schoolConnecticut Bar membershipLegal researchBusiness reorganizations Chapter 11Complex commercial litigationAdvocacy skills

Required

J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
Member of the Connecticut Bar and eligible for admission to U.S. District Court
Demonstrated Superior legal research and writing skills
Drive to advocate for others
Prior experience with business reorganizations under Chapter 11 and/or complex commercial litigation
