Responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of advertiser experience data to identify trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve advertiser satisfaction
Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize content review processes and reduce friction for advertisers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Operations to implement improvements
Create clear, actionable reports and recommendations based on data analysis
Measure and report on the impact of implemented changes and initiatives
Develop and maintain dashboards to track advertiser experience metrics
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy roles with a strong analytical focus
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau
Knowledge of advertising platforms or digital marketing ecosystems
Experience in trust & safety, risk control, or policy enforcement
Background in the Ad industry, consulting, or product operations
