Produce Federal, State, and Local mandated documents required for Land Acquisition in pending construction projects
Perform project research, review, and interpret title work
Prepare legal descriptions, right of way plans, right of way plats, area computations, calculation sheets, and stakeouts
Interpret and review Location Control Route Survey Plats and transportation design plans
Qualification
Required
Education: College-Level Courses in Land Surveying
Registration: INDOT Right of Way Plan Development Certified
Experience: Not less than 3 years in Land Surveying or Right of Way Engineering
Proficient in the use of the INDOT Right of Way Engineering Manual
Working knowledge of the INDOT Design Process
Working knowledge of the INDOT Land Acquisition Process
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Working knowledge of Civil 3D and Carlson software
