Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the CMDB, ensuring reliable data for IT service management processes
Lead the implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and manage processes related to Asset and Configuration Management
Analyze CMDB data to identify trends and areas for improvement, designing automated processes for data management
Develop and document procedures for data collection, validation, and maintenance to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve configuration-related issues
Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and compliance with industry standards
Provide training and support to IT staff on CMDB processes and tools

Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams

Preferred

ITIL Foundation certification is preferred
Experience with ServiceNow and related ITSM tools
Ability to mentor and guide team members on CMDB best practices
