Responsibilities

Lead and support projects across different business functions from planning through completion

Work with project stakeholders to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria

Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and follow-through

Contribute to ongoing improvements and content updates for our websites and other digital platforms

Build clear and well-structured presentations, proposals, internal documents, and status reports

Improve internal systems for documentation, shared resources, and workflow processes

Assist in the execution of email marketing (lead generation) and communication campaigns in collaboration with Marketing

Support research and documentation efforts for government programs and bid submissions

Collaborate with IT and business teams to support website updates and digital experience improvements

Required

Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain, or similar

2+ years of experience working with an Executive Team

2+ years of professional experience in Project Coordination/Management, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Lead Generation, Data Analysis, Logistics, or similar

Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects with defined outcomes and timelines

Advanced experience with digital platforms and AI tools for automation is needed

Proactive, organized, and comfortable working on multiple priorities at once

Communicate clearly and confidently in writing and in meetings

Enjoy making progress visible and helping people work better together

Must be resourceful, curious, and comfortable stepping into unfamiliar areas when needed

Must want a role where you can learn broadly, contribute meaningfully, and grow into increased responsibility

Strong presentation skills needed

Ability to plan work, manage details, and keep momentum moving

Comfortable working in evolving and fast-paced environments

Experience with project management tools and shared document systems (SharePoint)
