Responsibilities
Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
Lead supplier improvement initiatives, including Zero Defect implementation
Conduct supplier prequalification, qualification, and quality system audits (AS9100)
Support new product development and work transfers with cross-functional teams
Ensure clear communication of product and process requirements with suppliers
Manage supplier inspections, FAI, PPAP, and customer approvals
Maintain supplier quality records and support regulatory or customer audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
2–4 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or aerospace manufacturing
Strong knowledge of AS9100, Nadcap, APQP/PPAP, and Zero Defect concepts
Preferred
Certifications such as AS9100 Lead Auditor, ASQ, or Six Sigma
