Responsibilities
Assist with engineering research activities in a dry laboratory environment, including data organization, basic analysis, and documentation of results
Prepare, edit, and format technical and administrative documents, including reports, forms, and supporting materials
Maintain organized electronic and physical records related to research and administrative activities
Support faculty with project coordination tasks, including tracking deadlines and compiling required materials
Perform general administrative and organizational support duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned, that would contribute to the success of ECAM labs/research/operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Preferred candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
Coursework or experience in dynamics, vibrations, structures, or experimental methods
Experience with data analysis and technical documentation using common engineering tools (e.g., spreadsheets, MATLAB, or Python)
Experience preparing or editing technical reports or presentations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in an academic or research environment
