Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution
Handle all aspects of litigation, from case initiation through trial, including discovery, motions, mediation, and court appearances
Provide legal counsel and advocacy tailored to each client’s needs and objectives
Maintain clear communication and a strong attorney-client relationship
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, agreements, and court filings
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and best practices
Qualification
Required
Licensed Attorney in California, in good standing
Some experience with family law is required to be considered
Strong litigation, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication abilities
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team
