Responsibilities
Lead teams of 3–5 Technicians and Installers
Install structured cabling systems (fiber & copper)
Terminate, label, test, and troubleshoot cabling systems
Read and interpret floorplans, drawings, and specifications
Set up and operate copper and fiber testing equipment
Enforce OSHA and site safety standards
Train and mentor Technicians and Installers
Maintain jobsite organization and professionalism
Qualification
Required
OSHA 10
OSHA 30
3+ years of lead experience on low-voltage projects
Structured cabling experience (fiber & copper)
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Ability to distinguish color codes
Strong attendance and reliable work history
Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
Preferred
Hyperscale data center experience
OSP experience
BICSI Installer 2 (Copper or Fiber)
BICSI Certified Technician (within 12 months)
