Responsibilities

Greets all patient and guests in initiating check-in process

Obtains and verified accurate patient identification & demographic data to confirm or update the patient's record while maintaining confidentiality of information

Is responsible for completing eligibility of insurances presented and possibly offering some financial counseling, as well as conducting point of service collections

Is responsible for completing registration for all admission processes while providing customer service in person and via phone

Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, office/clinic staff and the medical staff; participates in performance improvement activities

High school graduate or equivalent
