Responsibilities
Own and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all locations
Oversee consolidated financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Establish and enhance revenue recognition policies and procedures specific to home health services
Drive accounting process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to support scale and efficiency
Develop and report operational and financial KPIs to provide clear visibility into performance at the enterprise and site levels
Partner closely with Operations, FP&A, and site leadership to improve financial discipline and accountability
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and governance practices
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting and controllership team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
10+ years of progressive accounting and controllership leadership experience, including current or recent experience in multi-site Home healthcare
Deep expertise in GAAP, month-end close, revenue recognition, and consolidated reporting
Proven track record of driving process improvement in high-growth, multi-entity environments
Strong leadership presence with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and operational partners
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
MBA a plus
