Responsibilities
Support the design and specification of instrumentation, control, and electrical systems for petrochemical facility projects, including upgrades and expansions
Create basic instrumentation and controls designs using 3D and 4D CAD drafting tools, and review component-level shop drawings
Develop and support basic PLC logic, HMI screens, reports, and automation documentation under supervision
Assist with testing, commissioning, and startup of instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems, working closely with project, operations, and construction teams
Qualification
Required
Degree-qualified in Instrumentation, Electrical, Automation, or related Engineering discipline
At least one year working experience with 3D and 4D CAD drafting tools
Foundational knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial electrical systems
Moderate experience with 3D and 4D CAD drafting tools and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a regulated, safety-critical environment
