Responsibilities

Analyzing work requests to update or correct information in the case file, updating hearing records appropriately
Utilizing CIS to create itinerary, enter calendar exceptions, and adjust the calendar, using excel to create and maintain itinerary
Entering exception dates for parties in CIS
Demonstrating a good knowledge of Workers' Compensation Law, rules, and theHub procedures
Scheduling Disability and Discrimination Cases in accordance with theHub procedures
Utilizing excel to track and monitor assigned interpreter requests
Communicating effectively with vendors and the Language Access Coordinator
Working with the Senior Law Judge to balance calendars annually

Required

Candidates must have a High school diploma or GED AND one year of full-time general office experience
Individuals certified eligible for the 55b/c program under the Governor's Program to Hire Persons/Veterans with Disabilities pursuant to Section 55b/c of the Civil Service Law will also be considered
Candidates must be reachable on the appropriate Civil Service eligible list
Candidates must have one year permanent or 55 b/c service in a title designated as appropriate for transfer in accordance with 70.1 of the Civil Service Law
