Assist a team of paralegals and legal assistants in managing VA’s subrogation program, which serves one of VA’s Centralized Patient Accounting Centers

Focus on recovering costs associated with care provided to Veterans or VA beneficiaries resulting from tortfeasor actions, workers’ compensation claims, or auto reparations cases

Juris Doctorate

Unrestricted license to practice law in a State

Ability to analyze and resolve intricate legal matters by developing and implementing innovative solutions

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
