Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts (including NDAs, vendor and service agreements)
Maintain corporate records, entity documentation, and related materials
Support corporate governance activities, including preparation of board materials and resolutions
Coordinate contract execution and manage document workflows
Conduct legal and regulatory research related to AI, data protection, fintech, and related technologies
Support compliance initiatives, including internal policies and regulatory processes
Work with external legal counsel and internal teams as needed
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal legal processes

Required

4-6 years of experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role
Experience with corporate and commercial legal documentation

Clear written and verbal communication skills
Professional discretion and sound judgment
General interest in technology-driven businesses or innovative industries

Preferred

In-house legal experience at a technology or startup environment
Exposure to regulated industries such as fintech or digital assets
Experience using contract or document management systems
Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training
