Responsibilities
Underwrite new finance transactions by performing credit analysis, due diligence, and preparing investment recommendations for bilateral and syndicated facilities
Monitor and manage an assigned portfolio, including financial performance, credit ratings, covenant compliance, and market value/liquidity trends
Prepare credit applications, amendments, refinancings, and ongoing portfolio reviews in line with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
Support deal structuring, portfolio reporting, and selective business development initiatives in partnership with senior team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or structured finance
Strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting, and cash flow modeling
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Aviation, airline, or lessor exposure
