Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of client industries, business models, and market trends to propose SAP Analytics Cloud solutions that deliver measurable business value
Lead requirements-gathering workshops and partner with sales during presales engagements, including conducting system demonstrations, presenting standard SAP process flows, and advising how SAP best practices align with clients' business processes and objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders by building strong relationships, navigating complex business and technical challenges, and managing conflict with confidence and professionalism
Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including executives, business owners, and technical teams to drive alignment, innovation, and successful delivery
Own assigned workstreams and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes through accountability, initiative, and collaboration across teams
Lead by example and serve as a mentor within the practice by sharing SAP and industry expertise, applying and reinforcing delivery best practices and maintaining clear, structured business process and requirements documentation
Support structured and on-time delivery by planning and tracking tasks, managing dependencies, and applying project management best practices at a workstream or engagement level
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners, proactively identifying opportunities for follow-on work and expanded engagements
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP Analytics Cloud, with a strong focus on planning and analytics solutions
Bring a solid technical understanding of data modeling and field-to-field mapping, data conversion and validation, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Have strong functional knowledge of one of several of the following areas: planning and forecasting, financial reporting, reconciliation processes, Financial Close and Consolidation
Experience supporting presales activities, including client workshops, demonstrations, and solution positioning
Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams or smaller engagements, including task and deliverable planning, schedule and dependency management, supporting on-time and high-quality execution using project management fundamentals
Preferred
Ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or a related field
