Responsibilities

Design and develop data warehouse BI applications, including ETL and reporting solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Review and enhance data warehouse policies and practices
Perform audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with standards
Provide technical expertise for project estimating, budgeting, and architecture design
Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical study
6+ years creating Data Warehouse BI applications, including ETL/data mart development, reporting, and dashboards
2+ years of experience in Child Welfare Services, Juvenile Justice, or related areas
Strong SQL skills and experience with Teradata Studio or similar tools
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and State of Michigan PMM/SUITE
Experience with end-user training and change management
