Responsibilities
Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to: Extract PDF reports from Power BI; Store PDFs in Google Cloud Storage; Generate URLs for stored files; Update Eloqua objects for student notifications
Solve technical integration challenges between Power BI, GCP, and Big Query
Ensure workflows include error handling, audit logging, and compliance safeguards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience including 5+ years of experience with Power Automate
Experience connecting Microsoft Power Platform with cloud-based data solutions (Google Cloud Storage, Big Query preferred)
Advanced Power Automate skillset with strong understanding of Power BI and data integration
Familiarity with data pipelines and API-based integrations across cloud environments
Proven track record of delivering Power Automate workflows on tight deadlines
Proactive collaborator and communicator with both business and technical stakeholders
Ability to design and implement interaction between Power BI and Power Automate
Power Automate (custom connectors, API calls, branching logic)
Power BI integration (PDF extraction, dynamic datasets)
API integration (REST, authentication)
Google Cloud Storage and Big Query
