Handle inbound and outbound phone leads with urgency, professionalism, and confidence
Qualify homeowners and prospects, uncover motivation, and set high-quality appointments
Consistently hit and exceed daily call, contact, and revenue goals
Accurately track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM
Collaborate closely with acquisitions and leadership to ensure a smooth handoff
Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking

Required

Permanent U.S. residency (required)
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace
