Responsibilities
Configure and support SD modules: Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management
Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and integration with MM, FI, and WM
Assist in system testing, UAT, data migration, and documentation
Support SCM modules: MM, PP, APO, EWM (project-dependent)
Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Plan-to-Produce, and Order Fulfillment processes
Assist in master data setup, planning parameters, integration, testing, and production support
Configure and support GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting
Work on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and integration with CO, MM, SD, HR
Support month-end/year-end closing, testing, production support, and functional documentation
Configure and support QM processes: Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections
Manage quality notifications, inspection plans, certificates, results recording, and usage decisions
Support integration with MM, PP, SD, and WM/EWM, testing, production support, and documentation
Configure and support risk processes: identification, assessment, evaluation, mitigation
Maintain risk master data, scoring, heat maps, and reporting
Collaborate with business, audit, and compliance teams; support integration with SAP GRC Access Control/Process Control
Assist in testing, production support, and documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on experience in the respective SAP module (SD / SCM / FI / QM / Risk)
Strong understanding of functional processes, integration points, and SAP S/4HANA modules
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Experience with testing, UAT, data migration, and production support
Preferred
SAP certification in relevant module (SD / SCM / FI / QM / GRC) is a plus
Exposure to enhancements, user exits, reporting, dashboards, or compliance-related processes
Knowledge of incident, change, and release management processes
