Responsibilities

Conduct investment due diligence, including financial statement analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking
Build and enhance financial models to support underwriting, valuation, and scenario analysis
Prepare materials for investment committee discussions, synthesizing insights into clear, data‑driven presentations
Support portfolio monitoring through periodic reporting, performance tracking, and risk assessment
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in operations, finance, and legal to support transaction execution and ongoing asset management

Required

Rising Junior with at least one year of completed undergraduate coursework
Ability to work on-site in New York City five days per week
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Demonstrated interest in investing through coursework, clubs, competitions, or personal projects
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Python or data tools is a plus
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated team player capable of managing responsibilities with limited supervision
