Responsibilities

Minimum 8 years of experience supporting Enterprise Messaging Services
Proven hands-on experience designing, configuring, integrating, testing, releasing, maintaining, and supporting: Microsoft O365 / Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune (MDM) with Apple Business Manager, Azure, Outlook, OneDrive for Business, Office Suite, Microsoft Security & Compliance
Experience supporting systems in a federal or government environment
Ability to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
