The Territory Manager of Specialty Accounts is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve targets and grow market share, overseeing sales activities, coaching team members, and developing performance strategies.

Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Specialty Account Managers (SAMs) to achieve/exceed sales goals
Hires, develops and manages performance of sales team, providing feedback, coaching and support as needed
Lead team members to be accountable by assessing competency, capacity and performance; help influence their success as measured by their results
Onboard new SAMs and provide hands-on field level experiential learning opportunities
Performs monthly field ride-along with direct reports
Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new business and grow existing accounts
Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth
Represents Numotion at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission
Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations
Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered
Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience leading, mentoring and/or coaching others

Preferred

Knowledge of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) funding and payer requirements
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology
Inspires and motivates others to perform well, effectively influences actions and opinions of others; provides vision to peers and team
Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meet objectives
Ability to effectively utilize technology and learn and adapt to innovative technology environments
Demonstrates ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, working with cross functional team members to achieve shared goals
Proven prior ability to act as a change agent and leading the acceptance of change within a rapidly changing environment
Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meet objectives
Demonstration of exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills both internally and externally with customers
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
